A really good stay! Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and amazing food and drinks. Special thanks for going above and beyond for my girlfriend's birthday. This will be my go-to place to stay in Manchester from now on.

The staff were really good too cater to our needs, providing great recommendations for cocktail bars and even taking care of our bags when we arrived early. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast was delicious with generous portions. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the city center and the AO Arena. The decor in the bar and toilets was quirky and everything was clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only drawback was the room layout, as the bed was pushed up against the wall which I personally didn't like. The views were not the best, but that didn't affect our overall experience.

The place was clean and fabulous, it had welcoming staff at all times. Everything was good, spotless and fashionable room with comfy bed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were cute and very polite, our needs were met throughout our visit. The location was efficient, as it was close to the centre of the city and shopping area. it was situated down a buses only route, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a luxurious and homely ambiance. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, well-prepared and freshly made. The hotel's close proximity to bars, shops, and alternative shops provided us with easy access to local amenities.

The venue was just bad, however I liked its perfect staff and location. Cosy room, beautiful bathroom.

The location of the hotel was great, with lots of bars and restaurants in the area. It was also close enough to walk to the main attractions and just off the center of the city. The trams were easily accessible, making it convenient for exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served was great. The rooms had everything you needed, with comfortable beds and a tremendous shower.

The WiFi didn't work for the two days we were there.

Quaint accommodation with brilliant setting just next door to places to eat, the centre and train stations.

Fairly clean place in classic style with all necessary facilities.

I stayed in a charming room above a lively pub and it was perfect. Although it's right in the centre of everything, it's just removed enough that the sound didn't bother me. The bed was huge and so comfortable, and the breakfast was exquisite. The staff were friendly and accommodating, giving me a welcome drink upon my arrival. The amenities in my room were top-notch and I loved the sitting area and terrace.

I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I had a really nice time here and would book again. Thanks to fabulous staff the entire hotel was clean. Also, the gay village was max 10 minutes walk to. The service was friendly, generally, it was a cool place to stay.
